Let’s chat about December’s MMSMP Color of the Month. It’s our red, Tricycle! 


This classic shade of red reminds us of the shiny finish on a brand-new tricycle with streamers dangling from the handlebars, candy apples at the state fair, and your favorite metal wagon you had as a child.

Tricycle and Other Colors

Tricycle pairs well with Ink Blue, Boxwood, Flow Blue, Lucketts Green, and Mustard Seed Yellow.

A Pop of Color

Tricycle can be used as a pop of color in any room. You can paint an accent piece Tricycle in an otherwise neutral room to add a pop of color. This red can be used to create a bold, modern look that is both sophisticated and fun, or a chippy vintage look.

 
 

For the Love Creations created this fun dresser by painting the drawers in Tricycle and the frame and legs in Linen. Linen was also used to stencil on the drawer designs. This piece was finished with MilkCoat™ High Sheen/Gloss.

 
 

Tricycle and the Holidays

Red is a classic color for holiday decorating; it is a bold and festive color that adds warmth and energy to any space. Pair Tricycle with neutral colors like white, black, and gray. Use these colors as a backdrop to make your Tricycle pieces pop.
