Mora is a whisper of color. It is an excellent color choice if you want subtle hints of blue, gray, and green! Named for the town in Sweden famous for its curvy clocks, Mora is sure to bring that old-world charm to your home decor.

Mora is a part of the European Color Collection. It pairs well with the collection's colors, Arabesque, Bergere, Layla’s Mint, Marzipan, and Schloss.

Now let’s look at a few pieces painted in Mora!

A Chameleon Color

Depending on the lighting and the colors surrounding a piece painted in Mora, the look of the color can change significantly. It can appear more gray or more blue. This clock painted in Mora appears more gray, however, the stenciled dresser appears more blue. 

The Chippy Look

Allow Mora to chip over your favorite antique pieces, and top with buttery soft clear MilkWax™ to keep its light and airy quality.

Cottle and Gunn created this lovely Mora dresser with the perfect amount of chipping. We love the chipping paired with the door details. 

Pair with Natural Wood

For the Love Creations created this beautiful side table. The body of the piece is painted in Mora and finished in MilkWax™ Clear. The natural top was washed with Carolina Dune and finished with MilkWax™ Clear and a bit of Saddle Brown.
