Grain Sack
Let’s chat about July’s MMSMP Color of the Month. Our light faded gray found its inspiration in the nubby threads of antique grain sacks. These utilitarian satchels held everything from oats to corn.
Grain Sack is the transitional color that leads you from our whites to our grays. When it stands alone, it is a gray-white.
Grain Sack is available in our new 100% natural, eco-friendly formula.
Grain Sack changes color with each finish. So, which one should you apply? To see how this Gray-White changes, take a peek at this photo:
Grain Sack
Grain Sack is versatile and can be paired with Aviary and Colonial Blue in a blue-gray theme, with Layla’s Mint and Flow Blue for a more playful theme, or with Schloss for a masculine theme.
Now, let’s look at a few pieces painted in Grain Sack!
Add a Touch of Vintage
Grain Sack is a soft color that can be added to any room. It pairs well with other whites, grays, and wood tones. Jennifer from The Vintage Vagabond gave this vintage dresser a beautiful makeover.
Or use it with a resist to get this highly distressed vintage look. This piece by Kriste from Rosemary & Thyme is the perfect example.
Grain Sack and Farmhouse
Eight Hundred Furniture gave this desk a gorgeous fresh finish that could be added to farmhouse inspired room.
Pair a painted table with vintage chairs for a darling farmhouse look.
This two-toned piece by ellen j goods is everything we love about vintage and farmhouse. What color would you pair with Grain Sack?
